A LCPS LDA<\/strong> \u00e9 uma empresa de cariz familiar, que em 1997 lan\u00e7ou um projecto inovador no Alentejo, com a planta\u00e7\u00e3o de castas de uva de mesa sem grainha. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Tendo em vista a sustentabilidade da produ\u00e7\u00e3o, em 2012 iniciou – se a produ\u00e7\u00e3o das aguardentes LPS<\/strong>, a partir de castas de uva de mesa sem grainha, com a instala\u00e7\u00e3o duma destilaria, na Vidigueira.<\/span><\/p>\n O objetivo da produ\u00e7\u00e3o destas aguardentes \u00e9 a obten\u00e7\u00e3o dum produto de alta qualidade utilizando processo artesanal, que teve como base a tradi\u00e7\u00e3o familiar muita marcada na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de bebidas espirituosas. <\/span><\/p>\n Deste modo, com base na tradi\u00e7\u00e3o e no conhecimento acumulado, a Fam\u00edlia Peres de Sousa tem produzido estas aguardentes, resultantes da fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o da uva de mesa sem grainha, produzida na quinta.<\/span><\/p>\n Ap\u00f3s o processo ancestral de destila\u00e7\u00e3o e posterior est\u00e1gio em barricas de carvalho franc\u00eas, t\u00eam-se obtido aguardentes de excecional qualidade, comprovada pela excel\u00eancia dos pr\u00e9mios conseguidos em concurso internacionais, de prova cega, na Europa, Asia e Estados Unidos da Am\u00e9rica.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.21.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.21.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n LCPS LDA<\/strong> is a family-owned company that launched, in 1997, an innovative project in Alentejo, with the planting of seedless table grape varieties.<\/p>\n Aiming the sustainability of production, in 2012 the production of LPS<\/strong> brandies began, from seedless table grape varieties, with the installation of a distillery in Vidigueira.<\/p>\n The main goal of producing these brandies is to obtain a high-quality product using an artisanal process, which is based on the family`s marked spirits making tradition.<\/p>\n Given this, based on tradition and accumulated knowledge, the Peres de Sousa Family has produced these brandies, which are the outcome from the fermentation of our seedless table grapes.<\/p>\n After the ancestral process of distillation and subsequent aging in French oak barrels, brandies of exceptional quality have been obtained, proven by the excellence of the awards achieved in international competitions, and blind tasting, in Europe, Asia, and the United States of America.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Historial HistoryA LCPS LDA \u00e9 uma empresa de cariz familiar, que em 1997 lan\u00e7ou um projecto inovador no Alentejo, com a planta\u00e7\u00e3o de castas de uva de mesa sem grainha.
